.Membership: All members are required to post at least every two days if they are able please do not leave for a week unannounced and leave someone hanging without note, do not take on more threads than you can post in, and there is no minimum of threads per character in play. If you are gone for more than two weeks without notice, your character will be put up for adoption.
2.More Characters: I will allow everyone up to 3 characters at first, but your first character must have 50 RP post, and your second the same before you make a third.
3.Respect Each Other: If you have a beef with someone IC do not bring it Out of Character, if you have a grief with someone OOC don't bring it IC, I will keep an eye out for that, because no one wants to deal with people trying to One Up Each other.
4.Affiliating: As soon as I get my affiliates board up. Sure, I'd be glad to do so.
5.Writing: Please write at least one paragraph, anyone found writing 1 or 2 sentences, will be warned. No graphic scenes, keep your language as civil as possiable, and any naugthy threads should go into the Mature section ask me for the password, if you are 18 years or older.
6.NO GOD MODING: Everyone has weakness's no one is invinciable, even Batman, remember this when writing, people do get hurt, do get shot, and do get beat up on a regular bases. Killing other peoples characters is expressly forbidden. If it is for a plot you will be contacted by me, and me alone. If you want your character killed for a plot , also let me know...over all, Only I have final say on character death.
7.Cannon Characters/Original Characters: I encourage both, by all means, I like to see what people can come up with, but don't make carbon copies of other characters, as a OC, thats just not very imaginative. If you need help just ask, that what rping with other people is for.
8.Avatars and Signatures: All characters should have an Avatar and a Signature. This is to help others invision the characters. Your banner should be 520x 200px. If you can't make a banner you can request one to be made for you. That would be Height: 200 Width: 520
9.Tagging People: Before you tag someone into RP, Please make sure that they are okay with it.
10.Stealing Characters: If you steal someone elses character from another site, and it is found out, and discovered that you have. You will be removed from the Board, without question. This is not cool to do.
11.Maintaining Your Threads: You must maintain your threads, any thread inactive for a month from the day it was started will be removed. Though if you want that thread back all you need to do is allow the Admin to know, so it can be returned to play.

January 13th 1999 the City of Gotham saw something of panic, Narrows wide, when a strange gas was unleashed into the darker part of the City, causing dementia, and fear to be wide spread, the Crime rate in this one night shot sky high, they say the morgue is still identifying bodies, and that any one from that area missing someone should contact the Gotham Police Department.
Lt James Gordon, released a statement saying that he was certain that the nightmare was over, but the quakes of it would still be felt for some time. In the midst of all of this insanity, Inmates at Arkham were released out into the City, thus he must impose a 9pm curfew. For your protection of course.
They say that the City itself is slow in repairing but things are trying to go back to a semi normal state of being. Of course even this is a lull before the darkness. As it seems a new threat has arrived on the horizon. In the form of strangly dressed clowns, robbing various banks, and causing petty crimes.
This can only be a prelude to a bigger and much worse threat.
